Product Download

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved, we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete. But in some cases, it could take 7 days. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer refunds in the conditions mentioned below. All the requests must be made within 30 days after purchase.

We are obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.

1. You don’t want it after you’ve purchased or downloaded it
2. The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
3. You simply change your mind
4. You bought an item by mistake
5. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
6. You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund

Refund Initiate if and only if:

1. The product will not be received within 24 hours
2. Item downloading link does not work
3. You don’t receive the products that you have bought

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
